Celebrating Divine Sisterhood is a time for women to connect and support one another’s religious leadership and spiritual contributions. Through the shared experience of worship, women of diverse faith expressions can build friendships and lines of support across religious divides. Participants from the Bahá’i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Yoruba traditions will lead us for an evening of song, lively conversation, and prayer inspired by women who have played a vital part in unique faith journeys.

AAIM introduced Celebrating Divine Sisterhood in 2006 to celebrate and uplift the contributions of women of faith in the Austin area. The two day event at Ebenezer Baptist Church featured an all-women's fellowship with participants drawing from a wide range of spiritual traditions.
