Tom Spencer - Keynote Speaker
Throughout his
twenty-five year career at KLRU-TV, Austin's Public Television station,
we have welcomed Tom Spencer into our homes recognizing his commitment
to civil discourse and strengthening the bonds of our community. We
have also learned to “grow” with him as he shared his love of gardening
on KLRU's Central Texas Gardener and on his weekly radio program for
KLBJ-AM. Tom is also the creator of an award winning website, www.soulofthegarden.com
that explores gardening as a spiritual practice and offers “reflections
on life from an Austin garden” to visitors from around the globe.
